If we're modifying the subfloor or moving plumbing, usually yes. We pull permits when required.

How long does a wet room conversion take?

Typically 4–7 days, depending on framing and finish work.

Is the whole bathroom going to get wet?

Only the designated wet zone, which we slope toward the drain. The rest of the bathroom stays dry with proper layout and a half-glass partition if desired.

What about water on the floor causing slips?

We install non-slip floor materials rated for wet zones. Per the ADA, slip-resistant flooring is part of accessible bathroom design.

Can I use a regular drain?

Linear drains are best for curbless wet rooms because they handle more water and allow a simpler floor slope.
