What it is
Repair and full replacement of residential toilets, including flange repair, wax ring replacement, supply line, and fixture install.

When you need it
When the toilet runs constantly, leaks at the base, rocks when you sit down, has a cracked tank or bowl, will not flush properly, or is so old that parts are no longer easy to source.
What's required
A working shut-off valve at the wall (we replace it if it is bad), a sound flange in the floor (we repair if it is broken), the new toilet on site if you supplied it, and access to disconnect and remove the existing unit.
