Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or hiring Out This World Services, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Services Description

Out This World Services is a licensed bathroom remodeling and plumbing contractor based in San Antonio, Texas. Owner Hector Sanchez personally measures, orders, and installs every job. We are an Onyx Certified installer and a Home Depot Installer.

Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates are provided within a 30-mile radius of San Antonio. For homes outside that radius (typically 1 to 2 hours away), a small travel fee may apply. That fee is credited back toward the project if you decide to book the work. All estimates are based on the conditions visible at the time of inspection. If we discover hidden issues once work begins (rotted subfloor, failed plumbing behind walls, etc.), we will stop, show you, and quote the additional work before continuing.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required upfront on full shower remodels and any job that involves custom-manufactured materials. The deposit covers materials that are built to the exact dimensions of your home, which is why it is required before we order.

Cancellations and Restocking

You may cancel a project before materials are ordered without penalty. Once we have ordered materials, restocking fees apply. Onyx, acrylic, custom shower pans, custom countertops, and custom glass are manufactured to your specific bathroom and cannot be returned, resold, or reused on another job. Those items are non-refundable.

Warranties

Onyx and other certified solid-surface products carry a limited lifetime warranty from the manufacturer when installed by a certified installer. We are a certified installer, so that warranty stays intact on every job we touch. All plumbing labor and parts we install are fully warrantied. If something we installed fails, we come back and fix it.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any project is limited to the value of the work we performed. We are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, misuse, or work performed by others.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in Bexar County, Texas.
